About the volunteering opportunity
The school would like to beautify its grounds for the pupils. To this end, shrubs are to be planted and the seating area embellished.
Your Tasks
The tasks include:
- Digging 4 planting holes,
- Painting the vehicle shed with wood stain,
- Sanding and varnishing a wooden seating area.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
The participants should be open-minded towards the students and willing to complete the tasks together.
What to bring
Clothes that can get dirty and sturdy shoes as well as gloves and brushes for glazing. The school is planning to lend out a mini excavator. If anyone would like to operate this excavator, they are welcome to contact the school in advance. Catering will be provided. There will be breakfast and lunch together.
