Support the tree planting campaign on 18.04.26!

We want to reforest the Harz mountain forest! Together with Heiermann4future, we will plant a total of 10,000 seedlings in a forest between the towns of Braunlage and Elend on 18.04.2026.
Heiermann4future has been campaigning for the reforestation of the mixed forest in the Harz Mountains since xx. Conifers (especially Douglas fir and larch) are planted in the spring. Thanks to the preparatory work of the state forestry department, the reforestation work achieves an above-average growth rate of around 95%.

You will receive a brief introduction to the topic and technical instructions. The seedlings are then planted in pre-drilled holes in two teams.

Planting the seedlings is very easy! However, you should be fit enough to spend a few hours outside on your feet.

You will need sturdy shoes. Otherwise, you will receive the necessary planting tools on site. If you have your own hoe or spade, we would also be happy if you could bring it with you.

You can look forward to a shared lunch (pea soup), drinks and real team spirit in the great outdoors! You can only travel to the event together using the shuttle bus provided. This has been deliberately chosen to minimize the individual transport of 100 participants through our action in the Harz National Park, including CO2 emissions. The forest area also does not offer enough parking spaces. We ask for your understanding! Participation is only possible for the whole day.
